OUR STORY

Pro Performance Painting was founded by Crystal & Mario Medrano. Crystal, the CEO, leads the company alongside her husband, Mario, the President of PPP- making this business a proud women-owned residential & commercial painting business! Together, they champion women empowerment in the industry.

Crystal had a vision for this painting business that was inspired by her late father who was a well-known painter in San Diego County and had an absolute passion for painting.

Mario began his career in 2001, steadily advancing through various top-performing painting companies. It was during these formative years that his passion for the industry truly blossomed, leading him to co-lead PPP with Crystal.

As a dynamic duo, they not only find joy in transforming homes but also inspire others around them, all while raising their three beautiful children. Together, they aspire to become Southern San Diego’s #1 top painting company!

OUR WARRANTY

At Pro Performance Painting, we offer a three (3) year warranty to our customers for all residential and commercial painting projects. This is an important part of our commitment to those we serve. We believe this warranty helps our clients have confidence and peace of mind when choosing us. You have every reason to feel good about your decision when you call Pro Performance Painting.

DISCOVER WHAT OUR 3 YEAR WARRANTY MEANS FOR YOU:

Our warranty lasts three (3) years from the project completion date (this date will be listed on the final invoice). This warranty covers blistering and peeling caused by premature product failure or improper preparation and/or application.

The warranty does not, however, cover the following:

• Mold, mildew, and other water damage

• Damage caused by building shifts

• Wood rot

• Metals that have disintegrated/rusted

• Cost of paint

• Paint matching- it is not always possible to find a perfect match

• Plaster/drywall damage

• Peeling/blistering in customer-supplied paint

• Knots that are bleeding

• Rust

• Water damage

• Varnished surfaces on the exterior of the building

• Previous paint layers that have peeled/blistered

• Galvanized metals

IS MY WARRANTY IN EFFECT?

Please note that in order for the warranty to take effect, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The customer must have signed and dated the Proposal.

2. The customer must have paid their bill in full.

3. The property must not have transferred to new ownership - as our warranties are non-transferable.
